Smart-View Utilities Management System Portal allows you to view the Offline Devices as shown below
How to view the offline devices from the top right

Time needed: 1 minute

  1. Click the Alert Icon from the top right navigation


    Please note that: This is will show the number of devices that were communicating and then went offline.

  2. Click ” You have (number) utilitiy devices offline!” message



  3. You will land to the Alerts table



How to view the offline devices from the left side

Time needed: 1 minute

  1. Click the Alert Icon from the left navigation



  2. You will land to the Alerts table
