Delete a user

Time needed: 1 minute

1. Login

   Login to Smart-View Utilities

2. Open the Side Menu

   Open the side menu by clicking the Hamburger Menu.
   

3. Then open the User Menu Tab

   • Click the “Users” Tab then click the “ 3 dots” on the sub-account and click delete option, then wait for the input form to load.
   

4. The following message will appear if there has been metering farms, metering sections, or service points assigned to the user.

   
   

5. Next, you can transfer the data & devices to a user or delete them.
   

   

6. Next, enter the password of the user that you are logged in with.
